The Chroma IPTV app is a player for M3U and Xtream playlists. To use it, you need to provide your own playlist, as we do not supply any playlists.

If you have a playlist (either as a URL or stored on local storage), you can enter the URL in the app's designated settings field or select the file using the file explorer.

You can purchase a license by sending payment to our BPI, Paypal or Crypto address listed on the Premium Access page. After sending, email or message us on Discord with your Device ID.

Because Chroma IPTV offers a fully functional FREE tier, we strongly encourage you to test the app extensively with your own playlists before upgrading. Once a Premium license is generated and synced to your Device ID, we cannot issue refunds.

Once you send your Device ID and payment, our admins will upgrade your device on the cloud. Simply open the app, go to Settings > License, and click "Force Cloud Sync". Your app will instantly unlock PRO features.

If your playlist provider supports Catch-up or Archive streaming, Chroma IPTV will automatically detect it. You will see a replay icon next to supported channels in the EPG guide, allowing you to watch past broadcasts.

Go to Settings > EPG. Enable the "Enable EPG" toggle. If your M3U playlist contains EPG links natively, Chroma will extract them. Otherwise, you can manually add an XMLTV URL in the "EPG Sources" menu.

EPG (Electronic Program Guide) data can take up significant storage over time. To free up space, go to Settings > General and tap "Clear Cache", or go to EPG settings and reduce the "Keep past EPG programs" setting to 1 day.

Chroma IPTV is merely a video player. If a stream buffers or fails to load, the issue usually lies with your IPTV Provider's servers or your internet connection. Try increasing the "Buffer" size in the app Settings > General.

Because we use Google's advanced ExoPlayer engine, we support almost all modern formats including HLS (.m3u8), DASH, MP4, MKV, TS, and audio codecs like AAC, AC3, and MP3.
